Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include the original packaging and tags

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are final sale, custom-made, or digital products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sales@autobodyspecialties.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@autobodyspecialties.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@autobodyspecialties.ca.
